DataBlend, the leading finance-focused Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) provider, today announced an integration with ADP. ADP customers can now leverage DataBlend to bring data into Workday Adaptive Planning.
“We are excited about the DataBlend and ADP integration. Companies rely on updated personnel information to stay on top of budgets and forecasts. Now ADP has an answer for keeping this information up to date with one of the most widely used budgeting platforms,” says David Furth, CEO and President at DataBlend. “Integrations shouldn’t be costly or time consuming. And that is why 100s of accounting and finance teams rely on DataBlend for secure, worry-free integrations.”
DataBlend leverages the “workers” API from ADP to pull in all personnel information (headcount, names, salaries, benefits, tax info, etc.,), which can then be queried and transformed into Workday Adaptive Planning. Typically, Personnel is a “modeled” sheet within Adaptive, which displays the full headcount roster. This sheet is very customizable, so all the DataBlend user needs to do is map fields from ADP to Workday Adaptive Planning appropriately. DataBlend loads to this Adaptive sheet by either overwriting what is already there, or appending rows based on a unique identifier so that the information is updated without duplicating entries. This can be loaded to a Plan version for forecasting/budgeting purposes, or to an Actuals version to track historical headcount.
The power of DataBlend’s integration with Workday Adaptive is limitless. Examples include:
DataBlend is an iPaaS solution designed exclusively for CFOs, controllers, and their teams at small- to medium-sized organizations. Featuring a no-code, low-code workflow builder, DataBlend allows accounting and finance professionals to create secure and worry-free data integrations. Companies use DataBlend to collect and join data from multiple sources, build workflows (e.g., field to field mapping, pivot tables, and additional data transformations through virtually unlimited custom scripting possibilities), and schedule events so users are never without real-time data access.
In addition to ADP Marketplace, DataBlend can be found on Microsoft’s, Google Workspace, and Sage Intacct’s marketplaces. See DataBlend’s ADP Marketplace listing: https://apps.adp.com/en-US/apps/406090
