We’re excited to spotlight Valentina Pereyaslavets, our brand-new Director of Partner Enablement! For nearly four years at DataBlend, Valentina has become a trusted partner and a customer favorite. Her recent promotion is incredibly well deserved, and we couldn’t be more excited to see her continue making an impact. Get to know Valentina below.

Where are you from?

I am originally from Ukraine, and I have been living in Dublin, Ireland for almost half of my life, with recent years spent working remotely for a US-based company. This combination, my international background and experience with remote collaboration, has shaped how I communicate and how I build scalable enablement that works across time zones and teams.

How long have you been at DataBlend?

I have been with DataBlend for almost four years. During that time, I have grown from hands-on implementation and support work to building systems that help partners deliver successfully at scale.

Tell us about your new role and what you’re most excited about.

As Director of Partner Enablement, I am building the strategy and the day-to-day engine that helps partners succeed, from onboarding and certification to real-world delivery quality. The most exciting part is turning what we have learned from support and implementations into repeatable training, implementation examples, and resources that help partners implement with confidence and deliver more value to their clients.

What’s the biggest difference between your previous role and your new one?

Previously, my work was focused on delivering and supporting individual customer integrations, solving issues, troubleshooting, and driving outcomes case by case. In my new role, I am designing the system behind that success, including programs, standards, and enablement assets that help our partners deliver consistently.

What’s one skill that’s been critical to your growth at DataBlend?

I would say strategic prioritization, knowing what to address now versus later. As DataBlend grows, the highest impact work is not always the loudest request, so learning to make clear trade-offs and align priorities with business outcomes has been essential.

What are you most excited about in the next year at DataBlend?

I am most excited to help partners ramp faster and deliver higher-quality implementations through clearer onboarding, certification, resources, and practical implementation examples. When we do this well, it reduces pressure on Support and Services while increasing partner confidence and improving customer outcomes at the same time.

How has automation changed the way you work?

Automation has helped me work smarter by cutting down repetitive tasks and speeding up routine work. It gives me more time to focus on higher-value thinking: improving quality, consistency, and how we scale what works across teams.

Three fun facts about you

  1. I am a Certified Data Analytics Professional - I love turning complex data into clear, useful insights.

  2. Before joining DataBlend, I spent many evenings volunteering as a Lead Mentor at CodeDojo, helping people build confidence through coding.

  3. I am a confident skater, but I only learned to ski the same year I joined DataBlend - proof I am always up for learning something new.
