Our Senior Customer Success Manager, Olivia Ellis, attended a panel discussion: Make your customers happier and stickier by selling appropriate add-ons (VAR Sales). While the session was aimed at common add-ons they are seeing, this was a great chance to hear from some leaders in Customer Success departments at different companies. Olivia said, “The most important piece I took away was focusing on the relationship with our customers rather than the sales side. The main role of a Customer Success Manager is to advocate for the customer within the company and make sure their wants and needs are being met. Moving forward, I can’t wait to work some of this into our Customer Success department!”

Syncing success: Seamless integrations for financial excellence with Sage Intacct

DataBlend was honored to have a breakout session at Sage Transform 2024, Syncing success: Seamless integrations for financial excellence with Sage Intacct.
