Zachary Griggs - Vice President, Customer and Partner Experience
Zachary Griggs is DataBlend’s VP of Customer and Partner Experience. Zachary has worked in the SMB financial software space for over a decade. He is experienced as an end user and implementer of Sage Intacct, Adaptive Insights, Vena, FP&A and general operational finance in the SaaS and nonprofit sectors.
Prior to DataBlend, he served as the FP&A Practice Director at JMT Consulting Group. In addition to his work at DataBlend, Zachary started a consulting business in 2019 in which he supports nonprofit organizations in their business processes, general accounting function support, software selection, and financial system management.
Olivia Ellis - Senior Customer Success Manager
Olivia is an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting and finance industry. She has in-depth customer service experience in client-focused positions and is a pro-active problem solver with strong interpersonal skills. She holds a BA in Economics from UCONN, as well as studied Accounting at Eastern Connecticut State University.
