Update - SFTP Issue Resolved:
The SFTP email functionality issue described below was caused by problem with AWS's SES email receiving infrastructure and has since been resolved.

We want to make you aware of a current issue impacting SFTP email functionality. At this time, emails sent to SFTP destinations are not being delivered as expected.
Our product team is actively investigating the issue. Based on our initial review, it appears this behavior may have started sometime yesterday.
While we work toward a resolution, we recommend checking your integrations and and uploading files manually if you have urgent delivery needs. In the meantime, if you would like to do a manual upload, group admins can go to Tools >> SFTP Client, then click Upload.
We’ll share another update as soon as we have more information. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the disruption this may cause.
