David has spent the majority of his career helping senior executives navigate at the intersection of business and technology. For the past twenty years, he has focused on delivering technology solutions to the Office of the CFO. As CEO of DataBlend, he led a team that served finance teams at more than 1,000 customers before the company's 2025 exit to eOne Solutions. He previously founded and sold Leap the Pond, a leading Sage Intacct reseller where he worked with hundreds of finance executives before selling to AcctTwo, now a part of Baker Tilly.
Mike Mooney, Director Business Development, DataBlend/eOne Solutions
Mike Mooney is DataBlend's Director of Business Development, where he drives growth through the ADP channel. He partners closely with ADP sales teams to help shared clients connect payroll and HR data to the rest of their finance stack.
Mike brings roughly a decade of experience in enterprise system evaluations, with a focus on Financial and HR system assessment, from prior roles at Alight Solutions, Strada Global, and Carlson Management Consulting. Outside of work, Mike is found spending time with his family or playing guitar.

Laura Merola has been a channel leader at DataBlend for five years and currently serves as Director of Strategic Alliances. In this role, Laura endeavors to strengthen DataBlend's partnership with its top 15 most strategic value-added resellers and systems integrators by working closely with each partner team to accelerate time-to-value for their clients and drive increased revenue for the VAR business.

Valentina is the Director of Partner Enablement at DataBlend, where she leads the strategy and execution of scalable partner programs. She has extensive hands-on experience in financial systems integration, iPaaS implementation, solution design, SQL and Presto, APIs, ETL processes, databases, cloud platforms, and workflow troubleshooting. She focuses on translating real-world implementation challenges into practical training, standards, playbooks, and enablement resources that help partners deliver measurable results for clients.
