Ethan Carlson is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of finance and business experience. He is a visionary leader with a strong passion for enabling the office of finance with technology solutions.

In 2010, Ethan founded his first company, Carlson Management Consulting, an award-winning cloud solutions and services firm that served one of the most extensive lists of customers on Workday Adaptive Planning globally. Alight Solutions successfully acquired Carlson Management Consulting in January 2019.

Prior to DataBlend, he served as the FP&A Practice Director at JMT Consulting Group.
