We worked directly with DataBlend's Founder + Chief Product Officer, Ethan Carlson. The implementation was amazing. I've never had a software implementation where my problems were actually being solved and I was actually being listened to. The new and improved DataBlend version of what I was doing is significantly better than my ad-hoc process. It not only looks better, but it is also automated with less effort. What used to take 8 hours is now completed in just a couple of hours.

The entire process used to take 10 to 15 hours. It was also tough to locate mistakes made by a bookkeeper when revenue was incorrectly allocated due to manual data entry. After implementing DataBlend, errors and time have been reduced significantly. It now takes 4 to 5 hours.

Working with DataBlend has been an easy collaborative process. Their willingness to be flexible as we built the automation during the implementation process was phenomenal. In addition to that flexibility, they also challenged us. We brainstormed scenarios and took the time to find the right solutions. Getting the right footing is essential to our overall success

Before DataBlend, we had to export the bank transactions via an Excel file and code the transactions. The old manual process would have taken hours, but now it takes only 20 minutes, resulting in a time savings of at least 75%. DataBlend has made it an easy, automated process.

Because of the increased time savings and automations, my finance and accounting team was able to spend time on business analysis of the data instead of working on the data. It no longer took multiple people to export, manipulate, and upload. We were able to reduce mid-level headcount in the department naturally when people left and not feel the need to replace them.
