Where are you from?
I’m originally from Newport News, Virginia, and I attended the University of Virginia. After several years in Washington DC and San Francisco, I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where I currently live with my husband, dog, and two cats.
Tell me about your role.
My role as Professional Services Manager is to ensure the successful delivery of the DataBlend solution to our customers through managing our team of integration consultants and working to streamline implementations, learning the product and leading projects myself, and continually improving upon our processes and documentation to ensure a great customer and partner experience.
What are you most excited about working for DataBlend?
I am excited to work with clients across a wide variety of industries. I previously worked in roles focused on the banking and financial services sector, and now I welcome the opportunity to learn about other types of organizations and what’s important to them. Data is critical for everyone!

- I have visited 46 of the 50 US states – only 4 more to go!
- I love Hallmark Christmas movies – the more ridiculous the better
- My husband and I recently adopted a spooky black kitten that our neighbor found on Halloween
How has automation changed the way you work?
Automation allows me to spend my time efficiently and focus on tasks that need brainpower. Tasks that used to require a lot of time but not much specificity can be relegated to automation, so that my attention can be spent on what needs it most.
