DataBlend Welcomes Ethan Carlson as Chief Product Officer

DataBlend, the leading finance-focused Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) provider, proudly announces Ethan Carlson's appointment as its new Chief Product Officer. This strategic addition to the leadership team marks a significant milestone in DataBlend’s journey to enhance its product offerings and drive innovation.

Ethan originally founded DataBlend to address the demand for finance and accounting integrations. Ethan remained a key member of the DataBlend Board of Directors since its inception, his recent return to day-to-day activity within the company is focused on accelerating innovation and product success.

Ethan will lead DataBlend's product strategy and development efforts in this role. His primary focus will be to drive the creation and enhancement of DataBlend across new and existing finance and accounting applications.

DataBlend has experienced rapid growth in the last two years. Its customer base has expanded to more than 600 organizations, and its partner network has grown to more than 25 resellers and other software publishers throughout the United States and Europe.

Ethan joins DataBlend at an exciting time, with several key product initiatives in the pipeline. His product leadership will be instrumental in guiding these initiatives to success and enabling DataBlend to continue delivering best-in-class solutions to our customers.

Ethan previously held executive roles at Ge Healthcare, Hayes Management Consulting, Picis, and most recently Alight, as well as CEO and Founder of Carlson Management Consulting, a successful budgeting and forecasting consulting firm that he led to exit in 2019.

Ethan has received several accolades throughout his career, including being named a top CEO on the Inc 5000 List four times, being recognized in the Boston Business Journal's Fastest Growing Company three times, as well as its 40 Under 40 list, and receiving the Adaptive Planning Partner of the Year award four times.

Ethan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and a BA in Economics from Trinity College. Ethan lives in the breathtaking ski town of Stowe, nestled in the scenic state of Vermont, with his wife and family. He is an avid backcountry skier and outdoors enthusiast.
