If you are in a region that recognizes Daylight Savings, your DataBlend schedules will be affected. For example, if you had a workflow scheduled to run at 11:25am local time every day, it will now be scheduled to run at 10:25am local time. If you are looking to have your scheduled jobs run at the same time as they did during Daylight Savings, you will need to manually change the scheduled time for the respective job in DataBlend.
