August 10, 2026 / by Kate Johnson
The highly skilled product team at DataBlend releases new connectors and updates monthly. It's our way of keeping the product fresh and up-to-date with the latest connectors and improvements. Below is a brief outline of the newest release. See our release notes: https://lp.datablend.com/knowledge/release-notes-1
Existing Connector Updates
There is a reason why DataBlend is trusted by the top finance and accounting departments at over 1200 companies. Our impressive product team is committed to updating and improving our growing number of connectors, enabling users to have fast, reliable, and secure integrations between their everyday applications in the Office of Finance.
With this brand-new DataBlend release, we've updated the following connectors:
ADP WFN Classic
- Collector: Updated the Payroll Outputs Collector to support multiple comma-separated Item IDs, making one API call per Item ID for configurations such as Level = Acc that require an Item ID
- Data Target: Fixed an issue where the Pay Input Data Target errored when the
numberOfHoursfield contained a decimal value; whole integers continued to work without issue
Concur
- Collector: Updated the Expense Report Collector to support multi-select values for Approval Status and Payment Status, allowing multiple statuses to be collected in a single run
File
- Collector: Fixed an issue where an SFTP File Collector using a non-regex path with a leading slash failed to trigger a workflow when a matching file was uploaded; leading slashes in non-regex paths are now supported
- Data Target: Added DataBlend-hosted Local SFTP as a destination option for File Data Targets, eliminating the workaround of manually re-using Local SFTP credentials in a Remote SFTP target
Greenhouse
- Connector: Updated the Greenhouse connector to support the new Harvest v3 API endpoints and OAuth 2.0 authentication, ahead of the Harvest v1/v2 deprecation period
HubSpot
- Connector: Updated the HubSpot Marketplace app to use the new install flow, required for submitting future app listing updates; updated the HubSpot Search API collectors to surface a warning when the 10,000-result limit is reached, with guidance on how to work around the cap using date-range filtering
Oracle Fusion
- Collector: Added an opt-in "Run Asynchronously" mode to report collectors that schedules the report via Oracle's ScheduleReportWSSService, polls until completion, and downloads the output; resolves timeout failures on long-running reports at peak hours; also added an optional "Download Chunk Size" setting for very large report outputs
Pipedrive
- Collector: Added Users Collectors for the following endpoints: Get All Users, Get One User, List Followers of a User, List User Permissions, List Role Assignments, List User Role Settings, Find Users by Name, and Get Current User Data
- Data Target: Added Users Data Target supporting Add and Update operations
Procore
- Collector: Added Work Order Contract Detail Line Items Collector with full parameterization of all filters
- Collector: Added parameterization for Project and Origin ID fields on the Requisition (Subcontractor Invoice) Contract Detail Items Collector
- Connector: Standardized parameterization across all Procore Collectors — every field is now parameterizable via the shared db-parameterizable component; ID fields (company, project, contract, line items, cost codes, line item types) auto-populate through cascading lookups
Sage Intacct
- Collector: Added the ability to parameterize the Entity ID field on all Sage Intacct Collectors, allowing the entity context to be driven by a workflow parameter rather than requiring a separate collector per entity
- Collector: Added a user-friendly UI for selecting related object fields (e.g.,
JOURNAL.SYMBOL) on the Query and Read by Query Collectors; related object fields are now visible and selectable in both the field picker and filter sections
Sage Intacct REST
- Data Target: Added the following new Data Targets to bring the REST connector closer to parity with the XML connector: Other Receipt, Item, Contract, AR Payment, Invoice, Contract Line, and Employee
Salesforce REST
- Collector: Fixed an issue where a SOQL Query Collector that received a 401 from Salesforce would refresh the token but then terminate in an error state instead of retrying the query with the new token; the query is now retried once after a successful refresh before the job fails
Smartsheet
- Connector: Replaced the Smartsheet SDK-based sheet list with a direct HTTP client call to resolve timeouts when loading the Sheets dropdown for accounts with large numbers of sheets
UI Updates
- Fixed an issue where users belonging to only one group could not see unavailable (non-licensed) connectors on the Credential, Collector, and Data Target Add screens and plugin tile view
- Updated the password reset and new user setup pages to display the actual password policy requirements fetched from the user pool, and added a "show password" toggle in place of the previous confirmation field
- Updated the Script Data Target to display Query fields above the script editor, reversing an unintentional regression that buried them below the editor
- Removed case mismatch warnings from the Query Builder Select tab and Field Mapping Validator, since Sage Intacct Data Targets are case-insensitive and the warnings were generating false positives
- Removed the Productboard feature request link from the UI and replaced it with a mailto link to productrequests@datablend.com
- Added tooltips to all fields in the Schemas section of the Excel File Collector, including Schemas, Name, Use Sheet Index, and Sheet Index; also updated Sheet Index to be a numeric input with a minimum of 0
- Fixed an issue where copying a JSON object or array value in the Data Table Editor via the right-click menu or Edit menu copied a poorly formatted or unreadable string instead of the displayed text
- Added a "Move File" action to the DataBlend SFTP Client, allowing users to move one or more files to a different folder directly within the client without needing to download, delete, and re-upload
- Fixed an issue where an empty value in a numeric schema column (Int, Decimal, etc.) caused a 400 error when downloading a CSV or Excel from the Data Table Editor
Platform Updates
- Fixed an issue where requesting stream content immediately after a collection completed returned a 500 error ("Sequence contains no elements") and caused the Data Preview to show a spinner indefinitely
- Fixed an issue where collecting a large delimited file (e.g. 30MB) crashed the collection job with an OutOfMemoryException; the file is now processed in a streaming fashion rather than being fully buffered in memory
- Fixed an issue where the authentication proxy failed to refresh tokens for some users, resulting in 500 errors; updated token refresh handling to correctly fall back to OAuth refresh when device-bound auth fails
