What's new with DataBlend? December 5th release notes.

The highly skilled product team at DataBlend releases new connectors and updates monthly. It's our way of keeping the product fresh and up-to-date with the latest connectors and improvements. Existing Connector Updates

There is a reason why DataBlend is trusted by the top finance and accounting departments at over 800 companies. Our impressive product team is committed to updating and improving our growing number of connectors, enabling users to have fast, reliable, and secure integrations between their everyday applications in the Office of Finance. 

With this brand-new DataBlend release, we've updated the following connectors:

NetSuite

• Bulk import script update

Sage Intacct

• Invoice data target custom field error fix

 HubSpot

• Fixed an issue with collecting multiple associations

Aspire

• Updated the Invoice collectors and data target to the API changes Aspire will be making on 12/11/24. "The following endpoints will be impacted by the change of InvoiceNumber being changed from integer($int32) to number($double)"

ADP

• Fixed an issue with the Onboarding Collector erroring when collecting with template code

Salesforce

• Fixed an issue with the Salesforce Credential not navigating to the correct landing page for the Sandbox option
• Added the REST APIs for Reports. Note this will replace the credential option for "Use Report" to "Use REST API"

SharePoint

• Added the ability to delete and bookmark files
• Added the option to Move/Archive files
• Added a new collector for Subsites

Sage Intacct

• Enhanced the Contact data target to have the ability to dictate the label on the row level, such as ‘Primary Contact HS’ AND assign that contact at the header level next to primary contact
• Added a setting toggle on the data target for Contact, Customer, Project and Vendor that would allow nulls and empty strings to purge the existing values in those fields IF those fields are included in the query that is sent in the target.

UI & Security Updates

We’re excited to introduce some significant updates to DataBlend’s user interface! Our team has been hard at work redesigning the platform to provide a more intuitive, streamlined experience for implementers and end-users. 

UI Updates

Data Table Enhancements:

• New UI for uploading files (Also applies to File Upload modal, Collector edit page > Advanced tab, Query edit page > Advanced tab)
•  Add column: reduced options to just NAME – Removed: Title, Description and Type

• Updated the Foreign Key to say – Reference Data

• Check duplicates now sorts at the start of the table and highlights the rows

• Data Table can now be favorited

Schemas can now be added as favorites

Customer ID shown as read only field in General Settings

Autocomplete support for PostgreSQL and DynamoDB schemas in queries
