Integration Support Associate (US or UK Remote)

Are you a financial professional with an interest in getting more involved in the technical side of financial systems? Or have you worked with financial integrations in the past?

If you have a strong finance or accounting background and are technologically savvy this is very likely your dream job! This is a great opportunity to work for a growing software company and help expand our Integration & Support team. In this position, you will be using our iPaaS software to support integrations for our clients. Your technology acumen will be honed by problem solving and troubleshooting issues that arise in the integration process. Reporting to the VP, Client Experience, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Review, assign and/or take ownership of customer support tickets daily, responding promptly to clients once reviewed.
  • Determine a course of action upon review of case tickets.
  • Test possible solutions in demonstration environments.
  • Add internal comments to variations of potential solutions and contact customers with possible solutions.
  • Follow up regularly on outstanding tickets.
  • Troubleshoot errors in client integration workflows
  • Contribute to and use the knowledge repository of best practices to enhance the DataBlend tools and repeatability of service delivery.
  • Assist in the identification of product growth and enhancement opportunities to better serve our clients and partners
  • Provide support to our channel of implementation partners on an as-needed basis
  • Other support duties as assigned

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Operational experience in finance, accounting or other back-office operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong financial background
  • Highly skilled with MS Excel and strong technology acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with cloud software desired (Workday Adaptive Planning, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Epicor and/or Salesforce to name a few)
  • Knowledge of APIs, databases, and big data a plus
  • Presto/SQL knowledge a plus
  • Strong project and time management skills

Salary: $80k
