Senior Director, International (UK Remote or In the Office)

DataBlend, an eOne Solutions company, a specialized iPaaS software company focused on integrating the everyday applications of finance and accounting, is looking for an innovative, hands-on, inspirational leader to join our team as the Senior Director, International. In this role, you will drive growth, initially as an individual contributor, by building two revenue streams – direct and indirect.

Reporting directly to the VP and General Manager, the Senior Director, International’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Providing sales support for strategic software publishing partners, primarily Sage Intacct
  • Delivering product demos to assist in the software sales process
  • Building, training, managing, and supporting a network of strategic resellers
  • Creating your own pipeline and closing opportunities to supplement sales as the company gains a foothold in the UKI/EU market.
  • Reporting progress against goals on a weekly basis
  • Implementing a buying process that supports high-velocity and makes buying and selling easier
  • Collaborating with marketing to create content (e.g. videos) to support the buying lifecycle
  • Coordinating with services on pricing and proposals
  • Documenting product ideas to the product management team
  • Driving internal efficiency through improved process and adoption of new technology

Required Skills/Experience:
  • 7+ years of progressive direct software sales experience and management
  • Experience with accounting operations
  • Familiarity with a variety of accounting and finance software applications (Workday Adaptive Planning, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and/or Salesforce to name a few).
  • Track record of success in building and developing a team
  • Ability to be a thought leader in the space and represent a brand
  • Value being an equity holder and building a business as if it was your own company
  • Experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Outstanding presentation skills, both in person and via virtual meeting tools and/or conference calls

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

Salary Range: £80-100K
